Our machine is less than 2 years old and suffers from two issues. 1. The machine unbalances very easily with large/heavy loads. We are constantly having to stop the machine and rebalance because it cannot do it on its own. 2. The transmission is failing and when the washer component was opened, oil had leaked everywhere. The service technician said that the machine can fail at any time. Less than 2 years with this machine and we are already looking for a new one! DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!

Originally we had a front load washer and dryer stacked on top of each other in our small "Pantry" like closet, it worked, but wasn't the greatest set up. Once we found this washer/dryer combo, we were thrilled, not only does it fit perfectly, actually gave us a little more room in the closet, but for a combo washer dryer, it can hold a lot more clothing than most others on the market It's high efficiency is also great, don't need a lot of detergent, and the lint trap is solid, nothing gets through and stuck below/in the front end of the dryer. Would recommend this washer/dryer combo to anyone who has a limited space to put a washer and dryer.

Replaced an old unitized unit & love the larger capacity of not washer & dryer as well as updated controls. Only issue I have is not enough headroom to grab wet clothes in washer, bump head on lid & hIr gets caught on hinge.

I like the nice compact size. I also like the sizes of the tubs. They are larger than I expected.

I had washer for less than a month and it became rusted. The rust ruined a load of clothes by staining them. GE said they do not cover rust on their washing machines and there is nothing they can do for me, their only suggestion was to call retailer. Retailers only suggestion was to call GE. Now, I am stuck with a $1500 washing machine I can not use. Please do not make the mistake of purchasing this product.

Economic on water used, performance and quality. Best choice

I love that I was able to get a stackable without the agitator in the washer. It allows me to wash bedding and pillows when I had to lug that stuff home and back to wash at home. It runs great!!

Perfectly efficient for small spaces! Design and function is perfect!

I like this machine so much I have bought it again for the new house I will live in..this machine washes clothes so well and they need minimal dry time because the spin cycle is so intense...excellent product!

This product has a design flaw in the drum which allows clothing to enter a gap and pick up black residue. I have dealt with this since day 1. Do not buy!!
