14.1 cu.ft. Upright Freezer with Turbo Freeze (FUF14SMRWW)

Does EXACTLY what we need it to do. Quiet. Cools down fast. Even the pesky alarm is VERY useful.

Was just installed yesterday so far really like it . It is just the right size also.

Freezer is only 9 months old and randomly stops working, gets to 40-70 degrees in the freezer and will eventually start working again. Had the service tech come out today and was told there isn't anything they can do because it was working. Said he would order a new board because that is probably the issue. Just received an email stating that they will not order any parts. So I paid over $800 for a freezer that I can't rely on, is still under warranty but can't be fixed and randomly stops working. What am I supposed to do? I can not recommend this freezer or service.

I liked the fast freeze to cool it down right away to put my frozen goods back in

It' works9 great so far only had it less than month

This 14.1 GE standup freezer works great for our basement needs. Has many features, temperature drop warning, is frost free and energy efficient .

Overnight the freezer stopped cooling after only 8.5 months. $800 in food spoilage. They are set to repair in on Monday but how can a freezer need a repair after only 8.5 months. It sits in the garage next to a 20 yr old fridge that has never had an issue.

I paid extra to get the low temperature alarm and I am disappointed it doesn't work.
