This microwave came with our new build. It died after about two weeks. We submitted a warranty request, technician came to assess and ordered a part which took about 2 weeks to come in. The microwave worked and another 3 weeks and has died again. It seems to be a fuse issue that it apparently coming with GE profile series.

This microwave is replacing a GE microwave that lasted 25 years. With luck, this one will last as long.

Love this microwave, I usually donāt use often other than to make popcorn and occasionally warm food. It warms so fast and hot, almost in half the time of other mircorwave. My absolute favorite thing is being able to silence the sound!

We have had good reliable service from GE and we are also fortunate to have a good local dealer. Our current line of GE appliances include, micro-wave, range, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Each one is about 5 yrs old and doing well.

Purchased a new home with GE appliances. The microwave is great when it worked. A few months after the warranty expired the magnetron needs to be replaced. One would think āqualityā appliances would have better longevity. Also, I have a GE hold vent that just stopped working, the fan doesnāt turn on. Basing this solely on patterns and other reviews. If I was given a choice to choose another appliance company, I would've of. Their quality is less than sub par.
